" This last time just purchased a helmet for up at our cabin,everything was perfect. Previously ( November 2017 ish) Went to have a Bluetooth helmet purchased about 3 and a half years earlier(had 5 yr warranty) looked at because mechanism on helmet front to open and close hinged face (full face helmet) had broken and piece actually fell off on hwy. Could no longer open helmet. They were awesome and agreed to replace as it couldn't be fixed. I was thrilled as I had 2 others at home that my wife and 10 yr old used so we could intercom each other on rides.Now for the twist,he told me new helmets Bluetooth is not compatable with older helmets Bluetooth. Oh great I thought,now what toss 2 perfectly good helmets and mortgage the farm to buy 2 more new ones so we could all communicate. After some discussion cyclegear went above and beyond fair, they agreed I was in a pickle and ordered 3 new helmets and gave me full credit on old ones.I think I had to pay 60 ish $ for new helmets(prices had gone up). This company and it's employees are great!!! Thank you cycle gear,employees and management,I'll think of your great service every time I talk to my son or wife while riding."
